Password resets 

Users can reset their M365 password via this self service link: https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/passwordreset 

Creating new M365 user accounts:

For site/non-field staff employees: 

• Licenses to assign: M365 Business Premium  

Field staff: 

• License to assign: M365 F3 

All users get added to the following groups:

• All Employees 

• CodeTwo Users 

• Security_Intune Windows Users 

• Security_Intune Mobile Devices
